Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.This is because most of our products are sanitary and personal products.
We only accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and image provided before sending. Please make sure you check your size before ordering.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via email@example.com for more information.
If the product is received defective then we will cover the return postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (depending on the condition of the returned item).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time. If you cancel after 24 hours and your parcel has been processed, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Once your item shipped you will have to start a return in our return center to cancel your order.
We will accept exchanges. We will only replace items if they are wrong size ordered, defective or damaged upon receiving, please make sure you check your size before ordering. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Make sure to include your name and order number# when you contact stating you would like to return your item for exchange.
Once recieved we will usually respond to your query within the first 24 hours.
