How To Wash Your Waist Trainer
Waist trainers are extremely durable and long-lasting providing they’ve received the proper care during their lifetime. If you want your waist trainer to continue to deliver high compression, this is what you’ll need to do:
Only hand wash your waist trainer using unscented detergent and using lukewarm water
Do not put your waist trainer in a tumble dryer; always dry it flat. Do not use any other kind of heat on your waist trainer.
Where possible, alternate two trainers rather than wearing the same one every day. This will increase its longevity by allowing them to rest between wears and be properly aired. This process of resting allows the waist trainer to regain its elasticity.
