After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 - 6 business days to arrive.
Our shipping time consists of two sections:
Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouse within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.
We will accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and image provided before sending. Please make sure you check your size before ordering.

If the product is received defective then we will cover the return postage.
We will accept exchanges. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure to include your name and order number# when you contact stating you would like to return your item for exchange.
Once received we will usually respond to your query within 24 hours.
